
Watercolour Summer Class – Policies

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will retain session credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be counted as used.

Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your session.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

No extra time or compensation will be provided for late arrivals.

All sessions must be used within the valid period.

Unused sessions cannot be transferred or extended once expired.

If a session is canceled by the studio (e.g., due to instructor illness or weather), an alternative date will be offered.

No food is allowed during sessions.

You may bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

Photos may be taken during sessions and used for promotional purposes (e.g., flyers, website, social media).

These may include images of participants engaged in colouring activities.

Please help maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere.

Encourage creativity and support fellow participants without judgment.
