Watercolour Summer Class – Policies

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will retain session credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be counted as used.

  • Missed sessions without prior notice are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

  • To reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your session.

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

  • No extra time or compensation will be provided for late arrivals.

  • All sessions must be used within the valid period.

  • Unused sessions cannot be transferred or extended once expired.

  • If a session is canceled by the studio (e.g., due to instructor illness or weather), an alternative date will be offered.

  • No food is allowed during sessions.

  • You may bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.

  • Photos may be taken during sessions and used for promotional purposes (e.g., flyers, website, social media).

  • These may include images of participants engaged in colouring activities.

  • Please help maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere.

  • Encourage creativity and support fellow participants without judgment.
