Policies:

Booking and Payment:

  • All classes must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the class will not be counted as a booking.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be counted as a booked/used class.

No-Show Policy:

  • If a student does not attend a scheduled class without prior notice, the class will be considered forfeited and no refund or reschedule will be offered.​​​

 

Expiration Policy:

  • Unused lessons cannot be transferred to another package once the period has expired.

 

Booking and Rescheduling:

  • Please ensure you book your lessons within the validity period. If you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance

 

Cancellation of Class:

  • If a class is canceled by the studio due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor illness, weather), we will offer you the option to reschedule the class.

 

Photography During Classes:

  • We will take photos during classes that may include students while they are drawing or painting.

  • These images will be used for promotional materials, including posters, leaflets, and social media posts.

Usage of Photos:

  • Photos may be used in various forms of media to showcase our classes and the talents of our students.
     

Positive Environment:

  • Create an atmosphere of encouragement, where creativity is nurtured without judgment.

  • Support each other’s artistic journeys, offering constructive feedback when appropriate.
